Dr. Manohari received her doctorate from the school of international studies of Jawaharlal Nehru University in New Delhi in 2010 with her field research in London on militancy and international networks. She received Gold medal for academic excellence during her Masters in Political Science at Madras Christian College. Her articles were published in many national and international journals like the Indian Foreign Affairs Journal, World Focus, Journal of Peace Studies, India Quarterly and in few other books. One of her writeups received Parliament of India award in 2003 in a seminar organised  during the 200th session celebrations of Rajya Sabha and was published by the Rajya Sabha Secretariat in a book released. After working for few years as a researcher on strategic and security issues concerning international relations, with Ministry of Defence, Govt of India, she interned with the UNICEF India, worked as a faculty and trainer at the National Institute of Rural Development (NIRD) in Hyderabad and then as a state coordinator for Lok Satta Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan's good governance movement during 2013 and 2014. 

Dr. Manohari returned to her native village of Kovvali in Andhra Pradesh to fulfil her long cherished childhood dream to work for rural transformation and environment conservation and Gramadeep Trust evolved out of that passion.   

Smt. Aruna Kumari worked as a lecturer for 23 years in St. Theresa's College for women (Eluru) and later served as a principal of Sir C. R. Reddy Women's College for 27 years (1988-2015). Smt. Aruna Kumari was also a Director of  Post Graduate Courses in C. R. Reddy Institutions, Eluru for two years till 2017.  

Dr. Balakrishna Rao of Kovvali village is the Chairman of Usha Group of Companies. He is a former president of Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce and is currently the president of West Godavari district film distributors associaton and also is a Limca Book of World Records holder for distributing the highest number of films in 2003. He is the recipient of many national and international awards for being a successful entrepreneur and undertook several  development initiatives in Kovvali and in many places in various fields, worth hundreds of millions of rupees. 

Mr. Chandrasekhara Janardhana Rao hails from Kovvali village and is a successful industrialist in Hyderabad being the Managing Director of VELJAN DENISON Pvt Ltd.in Hyderabad. He already has contributed millions of rupees for the development of Z.P.High School and other development works in the village.

Mr. Chowdary Garapati of Kovvali village is a software engineer who lived in the United States for a decade and returned to India for good. He started a charitable Trust, Tapana Foundation and got involved in many philanthropic activities in Kovvali and in many other regions. He is the Chairman of Manikya Group of Companies and runs many businesses. Mr. Chowdary is another son of Kovvali village

Ravi Sankar, from Kovvali village is a software engineer living in the USA who actively is supporting GramaDeep initiatives in Kovvali and is a enthusiastic team member

She holds a Masters Degree in Biochemistry from Manipal University, India, She carries over 15+ years of experience in various roles in India and USA. Renuka is a co-founder of an ed-tech start-up, edvantagepoint. She also serves on the board of La Hospin Hotels & Resorts . Renuka works with Tapana Foundation, a non-profit organisation focused on rural transformation initiatives. She has worked in Pharmaceutical Startups in Bay Area, California.
